Belt Lipectomy / Lower Body Lift

 

After significant weight loss, it is not uncommon for individuals to have excess skin and soft tissue above and below the waistline.  This can also manifest as a sagging derrière,  and sagging thigh skin.  In some cases, removal of excess skin as a "belt" of tissue around the waistline, in conjunction with a tummy tuck and/or thigh lift can achieve elevation of the buttocks while contouring the waistline.
