Breast Augmentation. Whether using a saline-filled or silicone (cohesive gel) implant, augmentation provides volume to breasts.  Many choices are available, depending on individual preferences, providing varying degrees of projection and elevation.

Breast Lift (Mastopexy). When the volume of the breasts are adequate but a "lift" is desired, extra skin can be removed.  Scars are hidden in the lower half of the breast and in the skin folds.

Breast Reduction. When breasts are too large, both skin and breast tissue can be removed to achieve the desired reduction.  When symptoms such as back pain, neck pain, chronic infections are caused by large breasts, insurance companies will sometimes pay for these procedures.

Combined Lift / Augmentation. When augmentation alone is not enough to provide youthful breast elevation, or when an excess skin envelope leads to sagging, a breast lift may be combined with placement of implants to achieve ideal results.

Breast Reconstruction. Several options exist for breast reconstruction, depending on a patient's health, body habitus, history of radiation treatment and personal preferences.  After mastectomy, or planned at the same time as mastectomy, breast reconstruction may involve one or two stages and either use all tissue (muscle, fat, skin) from the patient or a combination of tissue and implants.
