Dr. Ray has been working with Operation Smile since its 25th Anniversary in 2007.  That year, Dr. Ray travelled to the Philippines to perform cleft lip and palate repairs as a member of the World Journey of Smiles campaign.  Since then, he has become a member of the Operation Smile Carolinas Chapter Board of Governors and actively fundraises for the organization. See the slideshows below for examples of the work done by Operation Smile.
